Order and shipping
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are produced and delivered within 5–6 business days. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and product type.
Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
No. All orders are produced locally, meaning customers in the EU, USA, and UK will not be charged customs duties or import fees.
Where are the artworks produced?
Each artwork is produced on demand by one of our local production partners. This allows us to reduce delivery times, shipping distances, and environmental impact.
Metal Prints
What is metal art?
Metal art is printed directly onto high-quality DIBOND aluminum, resulting in a sleek, modern finish with vibrant colors and exceptional depth.
Sustainability
Is the production eco-friendly?
Yes. We use FSC-certified paper and frames, and produce locally whenever possible to reduce CO₂ emissions.
Returns & Issues
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@houseofprints.art
Can I return my order?
Yes. While each artwork is printed on demand specifically for you, we honor a 14-day return window in accordance with consumer laws.However, because we produce on demand to prevent waste, please note that the customer is fully responsible for the return shipping costs.
Because our premium 3mm Metal Plates are large and heavy, international return shipping fees can be substantial. Items must be sent back completely unused and in their original packaging to our designated return address (not the printing facility).

Payments
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods, including iDEAL, SHOP, Apple Pay, credit cards, Klarna and PayPal via Shopify Payments.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. All payments are processed securely through Shopify’s encrypted checkout system. We never store your payment details.
Can I pay in my local currency?
Yes. Prices are displayed and charged in your local currency where supported.
