1. Returns & Right of Withdrawal
At House of Prints, we want you to love your artwork. In accordance with EU and international consumer protection laws, we honor a 14-day right of withdrawal, even though our products are printed on demand.
Please note the strictly enforced terms for returns:
* Return Window: You must notify us at info@houseofprints.art within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
* Condition: Items must be completely unused, undamaged, and returned in their original, secure packaging.
* Return Shipping Costs: The customer is entirely responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping. Because large 3mm Metal Plates (especially sizes up to 70x100cm) are heavy and oversized, return shipping fees can be substantial. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
* Return Address: Do not send your purchase back to the printing facility. Returns must be shipped to our designated central office. Contact us at info@houseofprints.art for the correct return address and label.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error, we’ve got you covered.
- Reporting: Contact us at info@houseofprints.art within 48 hours of delivery.
- Evidence: Please include clear photos of the damaged product and the packaging.
- Resolution: Once verified, we will arrange a replacement free of charge. No need to ship the damaged item back.
3. Cancellations
- Window: Cancellations are only possible within 10 hours after ordering, before production begins. Once an order is in the printing process, it cannot be stopped.
