Refund policy

1. Returns & Exchanges (Custom Made-to-Order)

At House of Prints, we strive for perfection. Please note our policy:

  • Individually Crafted: Every product is custom-printed specifically for you the moment you order.
  • No "Change of Mind": Because items are manufactured on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or accidental orders (e.g., wrong size or design).
  • Legal Note: As per EU consumer law exceptions for goods made to specifications, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to our custom-produced artwork.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error, we’ve got you covered.

  • Reporting: Contact us at info@houseofprints.art within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Evidence: Please include clear photos of the damaged product and the packaging.
  • Resolution: Once verified, we will arrange a replacement free of charge. No need to ship the damaged item back.

3. Cancellations

  • Window: Cancellations are only possible within 10 hours after ordering, before production begins. Once an order is in the printing process, it cannot be stopped.
