1. Shipping Rates & Free Delivery

• Free Shipping: All orders over €150 qualify for Free Worldwide Shipping.

2. Local Production & Eco-Friendly Delivery

To reduce our carbon footprint and ensure the fastest delivery, we produce your art in over 30 countries. Your order is printed at the facility closest to you. This "local-to-local" approach ensures faster shipping and significantly less CO₂ emissions.

3. Shipping Times & Tracking

• Processing: 1–3 business days (each piece is custom-crafted for you).
• Shipping: Usually 3–5 business days (EU, UK, USA, AUS, JPN).
• Tracking: You will receive a Track & Trace code via email as soon as your order is dispatched.

4. Customs & Duties

Because we produce locally in many regions, most orders (EU, UK, USA, AUS) will not incur customs duties. Any additional import fees for other locations remain the responsibility of the customer.
