Returns, Cancellations & Shipping Policy

1. Returns & Exchanges (Custom Made-to-Order)

At House of Prints, we strive for perfection. Please note our policy:

  • Individually Crafted: Every product is custom-printed specifically for you the moment you order.
  • No "Change of Mind": Because items are manufactured on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or accidental orders (e.g., wrong size or design).
  • Legal Note: As per EU consumer law exceptions for goods made to specifications, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to our custom-produced artwork.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error, we’ve got you covered.

  • Reporting: Contact us at info@houseofprints.art within 7 days of delivery.
  • Evidence: Please include clear photos of the damaged product and the packaging.
  • Resolution: Once verified, we will arrange a replacement free of charge. No need to ship the damaged item back.

3. Cancellations

  • Window: Cancellations are only possible within 3 hours after ordering, before production begins. Once an order is in the printing process, it cannot be stopped.


Global Shipping Information

1. Shipping Rates & Free Delivery

  • Standard Shipping: €7.95 worldwide.
  • Free Shipping: All orders over €150 qualify for Free Worldwide Shipping.

2. Local Production & Eco-Friendly Delivery

To reduce our carbon footprint and ensure the fastest delivery, we produce your art in over 30 countries. Your order is printed at the facility closest to you. This "local-to-local" approach ensures faster shipping and significantly less $CO_2$ emissions.

3. Shipping Times & Tracking

  • Processing: 1–3 business days.
  • Shipping: Usually 3–5 business days (EU, UK, USA, AUS, JPN).
  • Tracking: You will receive a Track & Trace code via email as soon as your order is dispatched.

4. Customs & Duties

Because we produce locally in many regions, most orders (EU, UK, USA, AUS) will not incur customs duties. Any additional import fees for other locations remain the responsibility of the customer.
